Selection Process as an Engineer in PowerGrid
- Interested Candidates must have valid GATE 2021 Score Card in corresponding subject.
- The selection process consist of Valid GATE 2021 Score, Group Discussion, Behavioural Assesment and Personal Interview.
- Candidates will be shortlisted for Group Discussion, Personal Interview and Behavioural Assesment based on the marks of GATE 2021 scores.
- As per the discision of Management candidate have permission to particiapte in interview in Hindi & English.
- Group Discussion will not have any qualifying marks.
- The offer of appointment will be issue to the candidate according to the merit and based on the requirement.
Salary and Payscale of an Engineer in Powergrid
- Selected cadidate will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 40000/–3%–1,40,000(IDA), HRA & Perks @12% of basic pay during training period.
- On successfull completion of training, the candidate will be absorbed as Engineers in E2 Grade scale — Rs.50000–3%–1,60,000 (IDA).
- On regulization the salary package includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Preuisites and allowance as per cafetira.
