About the Council for Research in Homoeopathy, Job & Payscale for the opening
Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy, its apex research organisation in India which comes under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India. This organization coordinates develops, disseminates, and promotes scientific research in Homoeopathy. The council for Research in Homoeopathy’s Headquarters is in New Delhi and having its 26 other institutes or units all over India. This apex research institute is responsible for formulating and developments of various research projects and programmes which is associated with Indian and International institutes, undertaking evidence-based research on fundamental and applied aspects of Homoeopathy, monitor extra research projects.
Formation of Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy.
Initially, the government of India established a central council; for Research in Indian Medicines and Homoeopathy in the year 1969 as an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, but later it seems that we need 4 different dedicated apex institutes which focus on the new developments and research for each, hence by dissolving the earlier established Central Council for Research in Indian Medicines and Homoeopathy and created for new institutes are – Council for Research in Homoeopathy (CCRH), Ayurveda and Siddha Medicine (CCRAS), Unani Medicine (CCRUM) and Yoga & Naturopathy (CCRYN).
So in 1978, Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy is created as an autonomous organisation and registered under the Society Registration Act XXI, 1860 and fully funded and controlled by the Ministry of Ayush.
Main Objectives of Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy
- To formulate the aims and patterns of research on scientific lines in Homoeopathy.
- To initiate, develop, undertake and coordinate scientific research in fundamental and applied aspects of Homoeopathy.
- To exchange information with other institutions, associations and societies interested in the objectives similar to those of the Council.
- To collaborate research studies with other Institutes of Excellence towards the promotion of Homoeopathy.
- To propagate research findings through monographs, journals, newsletters, I.E.&C. materials, seminars/workshops and develop audio-visual aids for dissemination of information to the profession and public.

Job Description of the post – Center Council for Research in Homoeopathy
- Collection/ Receiving of required samples like blood, tissue, etc from the patients referred by the doctors.
- Processing and analyzing samples as per protocols for respective tests.
- Conducting tests on new products or experimental processes.
- Handling and storing chemicals and other materials.
- Handling of compressed gas cylinders.
- Keeping laboratory supplies ready by maintaining an inventory of stock; placing orders; verifying receipts, etc.
- Keeping laboratory equipment in operating condition by following operating instructions; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Documenting required information by maintaining daily logs documenting procedures and equipment records books.
