Following documents in originals are required for admission:
- 10th standard mark sheet as proof of date of birth.
- 12th standard Mark sheet.
- UG Grade cards/Mark sheets of the qualifying examination for all semesters.
- Transfer Certificate issued by the Institute last attended.
- Migration Certificate.
- Degree/Provisional Degree certificate. If the result of the qualifying degree is awaited, an Undertaking of course completion by the candidate must be provided in the prescribed format available on the website.
- GATE Score card, if any. (GATE score is not mandatory for M. Tech self-sponsored candidate).
- OBC-NCL/EWS certificate (if applicable) issued on or after 01.04.2022 by the competent authority.
- Certificate of category (SC/ST) (if applicable).
- PWD certificate (if applicable)
- Aadhar Card
- No objection certificate (in case of employed)
